Assessment & contact Once we receive your return request, we will review it and contact you with the next steps and possible solutions.
Shipping instructions If a return shipment is necessary, we will send you the shipping details. You can then return the item to us.
Refund or exchange Depending on the situation, we will send you a replacement product or refund (part of) your purchase amount.
Important conditions
Return period: You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Personalized and pre-order items: These cannot be returned, or only within 3 days of receipt, unless stated otherwise. This is because they are made especially for you.
Shipping costs:
Return shipments are at your own risk and expense, unless agreed otherwise.
Want to exchange a product? We will cover the shipping costs of the new item once.
If you received free shipping or complimentary products, but return all or part of your order causing the remaining total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you keep complimentary products without meeting the conditions, we will charge the value of these items.
