In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Customer: any visitor of the website, either private or business, who places an order via uefamafia.eu.
Seller: uefamafia.eu, the webshop offering products on this site.
Agreement: any purchase contract between the customer and the seller.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms apply to every offer made by uefamafia.eu and to every agreement between uefamafia.eu and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Article 3 – The Offer
Products are described as accurately and transparently as possible.
Every offer includes a clear description of rights and obligations involved.
Obvious mistakes or typos do not bind us.
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is established when the customer accepts the offer and completes the order.
uefamafia.eu will confirm the order by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or abuse.
Article 5 – Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT, but excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
uefamafia.eu reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
Article 6 – Payment
Payments are processed via the available payment methods on the site.
Orders are only fulfilled once payment has been received.
Article 7 – Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship within 1–5 working days.
Orders are delivered by external carriers.
Delays in delivery do not give rights to compensation.
Article 8 – Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may return your order within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original condition.
Personalized and/or pre-order items cannot be returned, or only within 3 days (see return policy).
Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense, unless agreed otherwise.
Article 9 – Warranty
We aim to deliver quality products.
Any complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Normal wear and tear from use is not covered under warranty.
Article 10 – Liability
uefamafia.eu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit.
Liability is always limited to the total value of the order in question.
Article 11 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, pandemics, or supplier delays), uefamafia.eu is not obliged to fulfill the agreement and may suspend or cancel it without penalty.

Article 13 – Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where uefamafia.eu is registered.
